ARCHITECT DRIVEN

GameDay brings out the good, the bad, and the ...ugly. If a team consistently gets it done, it is more than likely because of the storied position that the QB has. Before TB12 came along and replaced Drew Bledsoe, who was no slouch... there were QB's like Joe Montana, Roger Staubach, and Terry Bradshaw who carved defenses with surgical precision enough to make SuperBowl appearances on a regular basis. However, not all architechs of drives on the gridiron had the tools available to create equally.

Do you remember Jim Kelly, Boomer Esiason, or Randall Cunningham? What about Warren Moon, Dan Marino and John Elway? Out of all these offense drivers, Elway finally received the pieces to complete a SuperBowl journey.

Isn't it curious that the ONLY QB's that directed an undefeated team to a championship and won is hardly remembered? Who was Bob Griese or Earl Morrall? While we marinate on that one...

The MEFL have not always had the BEST QB or NFL League MVP lead their squads to a SuperBowl "W".

Q: WHO WAS YOUR QB THAT WAS THE PIECE THAT COMPLETED YOUR TEAM'S RUN or AIDED YOUR BEST YEAR??? (KaMino Cloners, 9-4 / 2013 season ended in defeat by the X-Wings in the last game of the year but, Peyton Manning was instrumental in the run.)

That is a question worth search the archives for, isn't it?
