The Draft
The 2021 MEFL Draft is HERE!
Get your fantasy magazines ready to roll!
Here’s the format & rules for this season:
Draft Budget $1000
FA Budget $200
If you draft less than 12 players you are penalized $5 for each missing pick from your FA Budget.
( 1 ) Draft Rounds 1 - 5
45 seconds each.
Bidding takes place on zoom chat.
( 2 ) 30 Minute Break
Relax. Hydrate. Work out trade deals.
Hack into Trebor’s computer.
( 3 ) Winter Meeting Rounds 1 - 2
Follow the draft order, 2 minutes each turn.
Each team has the option to:
1. Make a trade offer to one other team.
Offers can be players, draft money or both.
Counter offers back & forth during the 2 minutes are ok.
2. Put up a player for auction.
You decide the staring bid. Bidding lasts for 2 minutes.
3. Pass.
For 1 & 2 you can only do 1 of each.

30 seconds each.
