Monday Pickups - Are They Leeeeegal?

MEFL veteran Tusky rarely speaks out, and when he does, it never goes passed, “Yo.” The one time he got caught saying more, namely “I love this League,” - it became the the punch-line of the first MEFL feature film, The Trophy Unleashed.

Monday night week 2, an enraged Tusky lashed out on the Holonet - stating that the league secretly updated the rules allowing teams to drop players that have already played that week in order to pickup someone for a remaining game. Several took to this tactic on Monday…

Despite some terse comments from Tusky, league investigators verified, no rule changes had been applied and the actions by the teams were fair play. The players that had been dropped had not played on an active MEFL roster, therefore could be legally dropped.

We expect to see plenty of this stuff going on on Mondays from now on…. Tusky we’ll be watching you!
